Casa Avellana is located in a quiet location in the  Ciudad  Jardin  area of Playa Blanca, a short walk from the marina. The property is equipped with a private heated pool, Canarian style BBQ, pool loungers , parasol, Balinese day bed ,  outdoor dining area, and free private parking.

The nearest supermarkets are  5 minutes walk away as is the local bus stop with a cheap, reliable, regular service to all areas of the resort.   The nearest beach is a further 5 minutes walk.  The Los Colorados area which has a good range of bars and restaurants is 10 minutes walk from the property  and the Marina Rubicon area with a very  extensive range of bars and restaurants is a lovely 15 minute walk along the pedestrianised seafront promenade.  

The main town of Playa Blanca is 5 minutes drive away and  features yet more  bars, restaurants and shops as well as ferries to Fuerteventura which can easily be visited on a day trip.

Close by is the nature reserve of Papagayo which has the best beaches on the  island - totally unspoilt.

Casa Avellana has three bedrooms consisting of two double beds and one twin. One of the doubles is on the ground floor. 

There is a fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower and WC and an additional WC and shower room  on the ground floor. All towels are provided. There is a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven. microwave, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The lounge is equipped with plenty of  comfy seating,  a TV complete with international channels including UK.. Free WIFI is available throughout the property.    

In addition there is a chill out terrace on the first floor, with lovely mountain views and equipped with a Balinese day bed - perfect for relaxing.at any time.
